Beresford Road, Southall

As part of a new residential development in the heart of Southall, urbanspec was commissioned to provide secure and accessible storage solutions for waste and cycle facilities. The project, located on Beresford Road within the London Borough of Ealing, features two terrace blocks offering 24, four-storey family units, complete with private amenity spaces and car parking provisions.

Working alongside Syntec Projects, a renowned climate-conscious building company known for their commitment to sustainability, urbanspec provided two distinct storage units to meet the needs of the residents. These separate structures were designed to ensure safe and secure provision for refuse and bicycles.

The urbanspec H-Series Bin Store Building offers a practical and durable solution for waste management. Finished with ForestPanel SW Slats, the timber cladding complements the aesthetic of the new development, while ensuring long-term resilience. Anti-crime and bird spikes were incorporated into the design, providing added security. 

Alongside this, the urbanspec H-Series Bike Hub provides residents with a safe place to store their bicycles. Equipped with a fob access security system, access is limited to residents only, in line with the development’s security-sensitive environment. The same ForestPanel SW Slats and HD galvanised steel finishes were used.

The bin and cycle storage solutions provided by urbanspec were seamlessly integrated into the development, offering an efficient, secure and environmentally considerate solution for satisfied residents.
