urbanspec, alongside property developers, Fairview New Homes, have provided secure cycle storage for a new 137-unit development located in Edgware, Greater London. The Hartland Drive development includes 51 houses and 86 apartments, spread across buildings ranging from 2 to 5 storeys. Parking spaces, landscaped areas and efficient, secure cycle parking, have all been carefully designed to improve the quality of life for residents here.

urbanspec were delighted to supply and install two H-Series Bike Storage Hubs, in separate locations on the site, each featuring vertical bike racks. These secure storage units were designed with the development’s commitment to safety and security in mind, ensuring that residents and their bikes are well protected. Each structure was fitted with outside lights to enhance visibility and the storage units were Secured By Design (SBD) approved, meeting the highest police standards for crime prevention and safety. The bike racks themselves were finished in Firenze steel in Green, with all components galvanised.
