New Case Study: Victoria Road, Portslade
Situated in Portslade, Brighton and Hove, is the regeneration project of Victoria Road – a residential redevelopment scheme, delivered on behalf of Brighton and Hove City Council by Main Contractors Morgan Sindall Construction. Upon completion the project will provide 42 new residential flats, allocated to those in housing need on the council’s Home Move register.
Working in collaboration with Morgan Sindall, urbanspec were specified to provide secure external bin and bike stores for prospective residents of Victoria Road. All of the units incorporated a sedum-only green roof, in line with the Main Contractors sustainable approach to construction on this project and providing an effective aid for delivering BNG on the project too.
