New Case Study: Panattoni V Park

Situated two miles from the centre of Basingstoke, V Park is the site of three new warehouse facilities by Panattoni, Europe’s largest developer of logistics property. The site is a high-standard development, built to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, alongside an EPC rating of ‘A+’ and utilising net-zero carbon technology.

urbanspec worked with main contractors, Buckingham Group Contracting to establish a sheltered bike parking facility for Unit 3, a prospective warehouse and office space. 3no. urbanspec CST Single Row Asymmetric Bike Shelters were specified, providing secure bike parking for 124 individual bikes.
