New Case Study: Seething Wells Campus, Kingston University

Seething Wells Campus is a residential campus for students at Kingston University, and is currently undergoing an ambitious project to transform its student accommodation.

The refurbishment plan started in 2020 and on completion will provide 127 new bedrooms across both Seething Wells and Kingston Hill Campuses, alongside modern communal facilities including an on-site cafe and dedicated events space.

A package of 24 urbanspec H-Series Bike Hubs and urbanspec H-Series Bin store buildings, complete with sedum green roof systems, has been specified to provide all of the external storage for bins and bikes across the campus.
